The 11th International Yoga Day was celebrated by the faculty of KMIT on 20th June with great eagerness and enthusiasm. The theme for the International Yoga Day 2025 is "One Earth, One Health". This year's observance emphasized the vital link between personal well-being and the health of the planet.

The event started with a brief introduction about yoga with the resource person Ms. S. Bhavani. She demonstrated stress-relieving breathing exercises and quick workplace posture corrections which were extremely helpful. The entire session was inspiring and motivating.

Yoga has to be imbibed as part of our regular practice to help combat many mental and physical challenges. The event concluded with felicitation of our guest Ms. S. Bhavani and a vote of thanks.
